Recurring invoices automatically generate and send invoices on a schedule. Perfect for retainer clients, subscriptions, or any regular billing.
Setting Up a Recurring Invoice
- 1 Create a new invoice as normal
- 2 Before saving, enable Make Recurring
- 3 Set the frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- 4 Set the start date and optional end date
- 5 Choose whether to auto-send or save as draft

Managing Recurring Invoices
View all recurring invoices at Documents → Invoices → Recurring. You can pause, resume, edit, or cancel from there.
