Recording expenses is essential for accurate profit calculations and tax deductions. dynamik.app makes it easy to track all your business spending.

Adding an Expense

  1. 1 Navigate to Documents → Expenses
  2. 2 Click Add Expense
  3. 3 Fill in the expense details
  4. 4 Attach receipt (optional but recommended)
  5. 5 Click Save

Claiming VAT on Expenses

If you are VAT registered, ensure you enter the correct VAT rate, keep valid VAT receipts, and record the supplier VAT number where applicable.
